Key Responsibilities for Logistics Administrator:

The Logistics Administrator (Nights) - Automotive Logistics is responsible for managing and monitoring the full lifecycle of automotive shipments, ensuring a high level of service delivery, operational accuracy, and clear communication with customers, suppliers, and subcontracted carriers. Working as part of the Automotive Logistics operations team, the Logistics Specialist manages shipments from order receipt through to completion and invoicing, ensuring all operational processes are followed in line with customer SLAs and internal procedures. The role involves proactive monitoring of transport movements, managing shipment deviations, coordinating vehicle movements with subcontractors, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring customers and suppliers receive clear and timely operational updates. Escalating operational issues to the Senior Logistics Specialist where required to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
