Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth delivery of Facilities Management operations by coordinating work requests, maintaining accurate CAFM records, and ensuring service levels are met.
- Allocate tasks to operatives, produce reports, support procurement activities, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Manage client communication – providing updates, escalating queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Contribute to team collaboration, promote a positive health and safety culture, and uphold the organisation's values.

Requirements:
- Good general education is essential.
- Experience and a good understanding of information management systems/databases (CAFM systems).
- Must be IT literate and able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results/task oriented, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
