Location: Portsmouth, England, United Kingdom

Position: Carry out maintenance, servicing, fault‑finding and repairs on a range of air‑conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, chillers, AHUs, humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks across domestic and commercial buildings to a high standard. Conduct inspections and ensure all required documentation, job sheets and certifications are completed accurately and on time. Liaise effectively with colleagues and contractors to support smooth delivery of works and resolve technical issues. Maintain commercial awareness by sourcing required materials efficiently and following company procedures.

Requirements:

  • A current F gas category 1 certificate
  • NVQ level 2 in AC
  • Previous experience in same or similar role
  • Experience carrying out trade‑related maintenance, installation and fault finds
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs
