Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the start.
  • Take accurate orders and serve food with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Confidently promote and upsell menu items, including daily specials, desserts, and drinks.
  • Share knowledge and passion for food and wine, including recommending pairings to enhance guest experiences.
  • Support smooth-running service by coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain immaculate restaurant presentation, ensuring tables, cutlery, and service areas are always guest-ready.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with confidence and care.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
