We are hiring:
- Chef de Partie - Permanent
- Breakfast Chefs - Seasonal (4 roles available)
These roles support our three distinctive hotel kitchens:
- Am Braigh at Bracken Hide Hotel
- Dulse & Brose at The Bosville Hotel
- Chargrill at Marmalade Hotel
While each kitchen has its own style and service rhythm, all roles may require flexibility to work across sites, particularly for breakfast service.
Pay & Benefits
- £14.00 per hour (live-in)
- £15.00 per hour for local residents (includes £1.00 housing allowance)
- All salary rates are under review and will be updated in April.

Roles
Chef de Partie - Permanent
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistent preparation, quality, and presentation.
- Work closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth services and support the development of junior team members.
- Prepare and deliver dishes to a high and consistent standard.
- Run your section efficiently during service.
- Support junior chefs and kitchen porters as required.
- Maintain food hygiene, allergen controls, and safety standards.
- Assist with prep planning, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
- Work flexibly across kitchens when required.
Breakfast Chefs - Seasonal
- Responsible for delivering calm, efficient, and high‑quality morning service across our hotels.
- Prepare and deliver breakfast service to company standards.
- Manage prep and service flow during busy morning periods.
- Ensure excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and allergen awareness.
- Support smooth handover to day or evening kitchen teams.
- Work flexibly across properties as required.
