We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our office‑based Cruise division, supporting our Cruise ship maintenance team.
Salary: £50‑55k
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week. Office based with occasional out‑of‑hours work and travel to partners, warehouses and customer vessels.
Responsibilities:
- Line‑manage engineering team, ensuring they have required skills, equipment and qualifications.
- Manage travel and accommodation for the engineering team, including breaks and time in lieu.
- Ensure the service and maintenance programme is scheduled and planned effectively with the client.
- Develop and implement a maintenance reporting structure with full visibility on issues.
- Create mechanisms for effective follow‑ups to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
- Visit completed installations for hand‑over, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage the CBN email inbox and communicate with assigned vessels.
- Record issues on the log using the RAG process and drive resolution.
- Build and communicate project plans with key milestones for each onboarding.
- Provide weekly progress updates internally and externally, flag risks and propose solutions.
- Prepare monthly customer reports: engineer visit summaries, usage analysis, cost breakdowns.
- Maintain budget tracker after each service visit.
- Analyse KPI data and feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
