Reports to: Remedial Supervisor / Remedial Operations Manager

Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for providing remedial services to clients and may lead teams on larger projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Plan and organise the working day to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure equipment is returned in a timely and good condition; keep the Supervisor / Operations Manager updated on any setbacks.
  • Work site‑based as required by operational needs.
  • Undertake remedial works as instructed and in accordance with current standards.
  • Promote and communicate safety standards; follow method statements and work instructions.
  • Assess each job for potential hazards to ensure safe working practices.
  • Wear protective clothing and use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Report any accident, incident, damage or near miss to Supervisor.
  • Ensure own and colleagues' safety at all times.
  • Observe and adhere to contractual responsibilities; recommend improvements to working practices.
  • Prioritise multiple and challenging situations; meet deadlines and multitask.
  • Assist other team members as required.
  • Gather information from the site and present it to others.
  • Accurately complete all site‑specific records; understand and implement work instructions to required standard.
  • Act as a client liaison: provide information to customers when required, identify commercial opportunities, maintain company image and standards as the face of the company, produce customer reports.
