The Role
Support the effective day‑to‑day running of outpatient clinics at HealthHarmonie. You will work on a zero-hours basis, travelling to clinic locations throughout the Thames Valley region. Services operate seven days a week; shifts typically run between 07:00/07:30 and 17:30/18:00. Availability across weekdays and weekends is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collect stock and equipment for clinics
- Set up and prepare examination rooms for clinicians
- Act as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
- Support clinic administration, ensuring reports are completed accurately and outcomes recorded
- Assist with wider administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous administration experience desirable but not essential
- IT‑literate and confident using computer systems
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care
- Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a mobile role
Training & Compliance
Successful candidates complete a comprehensive two‑week training programme from day one, covering all skills required for the Healthcare Assistant role. All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and verification of right‑to‑work documentation.
