The Offensive Security Consultant delivers advanced penetration testing, red teaming, and compromise assessment engagements, working closely with clients to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen their defences. The role contributes to developing new methodologies, tools, and services that enhance the organisation's offensive security capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and deliver technical engagements, ensuring best-in-class cyber security services to customers.
  • Help clients build and strengthen internal capabilities, partnering with security teams to increase effectiveness and reduce risk.
  • Build and nurture the team, recruit and retain talent, grow skills and support career development.
  • Lead and collaborate in technical research, ensuring continuous improvement of practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven technical experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security engagements.
  • Deep understanding of attack methodologies, vulnerability exploitation, and post-exploitation techniques.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CPSA, CRT or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills to explain findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team, manage multiple engagements, and balance priorities effectively.
