We are looking for friendly, professional, and guest-focused Seasonal Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for delivering warm Scottish hospitality, handling guest enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in and check‑out process.
- Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and by email, always with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage reservations, payments, and billing with accuracy.
- Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain reception and lobby areas to the highest standards.
- Assist with guest requests, local knowledge, and personalised service.
- Support the Reception Supervisor/Reception Manager in daily duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
- A natural communicator with a warm, welcoming personality.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and hotel booking/reservation systems (training provided).
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly.
