About the Hotel: Located on Oban's seafront, Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is a striking Victorian building overlooking the harbour and islands beyond. This four-star hotel combines period features with contemporary design, offering guests stylish rooms and relaxed luxury. Dining is centred around the Oban Brasserie, serving Scottish classics and seasonal seafood, while the in-house Mara Spa provides a haven of relaxation in the heart of the 'Gateway to the Isles.'

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, prep, and storage areas.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation as required.
  • Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and organisation of food and non-food items.
  • Dispose of waste safely and follow recycling procedures.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Contribute to a smooth-running kitchen by being flexible, reliable, and responsive to the team's needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of the role.
