We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Perle Oban Hotel & Spa, located on Oban's seafront. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy kitchen, working with quality ingredients and a team that takes pride in delivering a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver dishes to a high and consistent standard
  • Run your section efficiently during service
  • Support junior chefs and kitchen porters as required
  • Maintain food hygiene, allergen controls, and safety standards
  • Assist with prep planning, stock rotation, and minimising waste
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and well-organised kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Good working knowledge of food hygiene and allergen controls
  • A reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
