Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard, including hot dishes, continental options, and specials.
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast service to ensure timely delivery for all guests.
- Present dishes attractively and consistently to reflect Perle Hotels' quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and breakfast prep areas.
- Assist with stock control, rotation, and ordering as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
