Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE, dedicated to delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property solutions. The Business Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the Business Support Team continues to provide an excellent, responsive service.

Responsibilities

  • Organise, attend and minute meetings across the business which include both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the formatting of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Draft, review and format reports and other documentation in Word.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and catering requirements for the team as requested.
  • Organise Continuing Professional Development sessions.
  • Monitor, allocate and respond to emails in shared business mailboxes.
  • Maintain staff directories and new‑starter/leaver records.
  • Maintain supplier contracts information and other finance records and key project documents.
  • Input and maintain project information in the client database.
  • Process payments and expense claims.
  • Provide cover for reception as required.

Requirements

  • Experience of providing administrative support to an in‑house operation team.
  • Experience of minute taking, diary management, and organisation of meetings.
  • Experience of drafting documents including reports.
  • Substantial experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Experience of acting as first point of contact, responding efficiently and effectively to internal and external queries.
  • Experience of organising travel, meetings, visitor hospitality and events.
  • Advanced typing and secretarial skills.
