Do you have a passion for architecture and technical design? Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, supporting the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio. We provide multi‑disciplinary services and consult, design, build, manage and maintain on behalf of the council and the communities we serve. We are looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our RIBA chartered practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and technical design, liaising with team members and clients.
- Review and integrate incoming third‑party information to protect design and client brief.
- Deliver projects from inception to completion, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Set and control technical expectations and facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Respond to client, contractor and consultant queries; attend meetings and site visits as required.
- Produce, coordinate and communicate designs in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit and visualisation software.
- Compile technical reports and essential documentation for bids and expressions of interest.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology.
- Significant experience working as an Architect.
- Post‑qualification evidence of CPD / RIBA core curriculum topics.
- Technical design experience with a variety of clients, stakeholders and consultants.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with initiative to prioritise work programmes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.
- In‑depth knowledge of current and emerging technical design, construction, environmental issues, legislation and statutory responsibilities.
- Proficient in Revit for both 3D collaborative design and 2D production information output.
