We have moved into a brand new site and have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Technician to join our service team at Wollaston Northampton. As a Wollaston Technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of motor vehicles for our customers. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience. Our dealership boasts state‑of‑the‑art facilities, equipment, and technology in the workshop. The working hours are 8.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8.30 am until 1.00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work on motor vehicles for customers.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Operate within given timescales to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Apply diagnostic skills and problem‑solving techniques.
Qualifications
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Ability to work within given timescales and handle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving experience.
- Experience in a prestige arena is desirable but not required; training, facilities, and support are provided.
