Location: Northampton, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £45,000 pa OTE with a basic salary of £25,000 pa

Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday

Opening Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday, 11.00am to 4.00pm Sunday

In support of our exciting expansion with the all-new to the UK, CHERY brand, we are looking to appoint an additional Sales Consultant, who will help spearhead our conquest-led activity for this hugely ambitious automotive brand which has already become the UK's fastest growing car brand.

The role has primary responsibility for the sale of New and Young Used CHERY vehicles, supplemented by additional Used car sales as the brand increases its footprint in the UK market. Leads need to be generated through outbound prospecting activity to supplement significant enquiry levels through our and the manufacturer's online and physical presence in the marketplace.

A strong track record of success in a consumer orientated, fast-paced sales environment is a pre-requisite for this position. Experience in retail automotive sales would be a distinct advantage. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this organisation as well as our own image and actions being completely aligned with the modern, high-tech CHERY products which we are privileged to sell.

We are also looking for someone who will help foster a great team ethic whilst retaining the necessary focus on their personal targets and organisation to succeed. In return, we will provide training, support and guidance through our highly experienced management structure, along with a great working environment and culture through being part of the renowned William Morgan Group, a privately owned business representing prestige motor brands for many years.
