Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's currently has an excellent opportunity for a full‑time and part‑time Hotel Receptionist to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager and the team with smooth reception operations
- Work as part of a team and use own initiative as needed
- Follow day‑to‑day procedures for guest check‑in and check‑out
- Deal with and resolve guest queries
- Provide high‑level customer service both face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Upsell the hotel’s facilities
- Handle cash efficiently, balancing and handling cash
- Maintain excellent organisational skills
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a Hotel Reception (full‑time or part‑time)
- Working knowledge of reservation system Hotsoft (advantage)
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing personality
