We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Events Administrator to join our team and support the coordination of conferences, banqueting, and events. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in hospitality and events. The role involves assisting with event enquiries, updating booking systems, preparing event details, and helping ensure all arrangements run smoothly on the day. You will work closely with the Sales & Events team and other hotel departments to support client requirements, including room setup, menus, and special requests. You will also help maintain accurate records, assist with client communication, and ensure all information is shared clearly with the relevant teams. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, customer focused attitude. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop within the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare function sheets and ensure accurate communication of event requirements.
