Responsibilities:

  • Check in and out of hotel guests as required and efficiently assist with guest requests.
  • Set up meeting/function rooms, breakfast area, etc.
  • Assist with security and fire checks through the night, completing checklists.
  • Assist in the Bistro/bar when required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel porter experience, minimum 1 year.
  • Previous bar experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in a hotel and computer literate.
  • Professional with excellent customer care skills and ensure all aspects of hotel operations run efficiently and professionally.
  • Team player with ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Fluent in English.
