As a Mobile Security Officer, you will be the first responder to our clients' sites, attending to specific requests, alarm activations, or emergencies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of commercial and residential properties across London. Though you will be predominantly on the road, you will be required to attend our office in Southwest London at the start of your shift.

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to alarm activations at commercial and residential properties.
  • Conduct routine property patrols and key checks.
  • Perform mobile patrols, unlocks, and lockups as needed.
  • Learn and understand our range of products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Carry out key audits and maintain detailed records.

What we're looking for:

  • SIA DS/SG licence.
  • Full UK driving licence (car) or full UK motorbike licence (CBT licence holders considered).
  • At least 2 years of driving/riding experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good geographical knowledge of London.
  • Forward‑thinking, can‑do attitude, able to work well under pressure.
