As a Care Assistant at Castlemead Court Care Home, Milton Keynes you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support. Your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with mealtimes
- Personal care
- Completing current and appropriate documentation such as daily record keeping, charts, and care plans
- Engaging in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect
Salary is £13.45 – £13.65 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Full time – 36 to 48 hours a week. Nights 8 pm to 8 am available.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in a care environment – a care home, home care worker, or caring for a loved one – is ideal. A caring and kind approach with a desire to work with older people is essential. This role is open to those interested in joining the Excelcare family and demonstrates a willingness to learn and provide compassionate care.
