Maintenance Plumber reporting to the Contracts Manager, responsible for hands‑on, customer‑facing delivery of commercial contract works.
Responsibilities:- Carry out maintenance of heating installations in domestic and commercial buildings, including boilers, pipelines, valves, pumps, control gear and other equipment.
- Complete installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage and sanitation installations in domestic and commercial buildings.
- Undertake fault‑finding, diagnosis, problem‑solving and analysis of plant operation for plumbing, drainage, heating and HVAC systems.
- Carry out relevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems in accordance with regulations and the postholder’s qualifications.
- Work safely and to a high standard, adhering to best practices.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2.
- Experience in commercial gas heating.
- Experience in plant‑room installations.
