Role Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Provide the highest level of care in supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and support with activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
- Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
- Maintain 100% completion of all mandatory training throughout the year.

- Reside within 30 minutes of the care home.
