Responsibilities

  • Manage global Accounts Payable and Receivable ledgers end-to-end.
  • Ensure customers settle to terms by chasing and escalating.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve debtor days and working capital management.
  • Create and present insightful reports including working capital analysis.
  • Prepare monthly expenditure vs. budget reviews to ensure correct cost allocations.
  • Assist the Management Accounting team with monthly cash flow planning & forecasting.
  • Assist with multi-currency bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • AAT Qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role with strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central experience – desirable but not essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations for improvements with presentation skills to communicate this to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
