This is a varied role where your customer service skills and technical knowledge will be put to good use, as well as giving you the opportunity to get involved in fault finding hydraulic and electronic equipment as it comes into the depot. You'll need to be highly organized, and ideally have already worked in a workshop or store environment as you will be dealing with inventory, ordering and sourcing parts for a broad range of stock.
In addition to the above, we believe the following skills and attributes will set you up for success in this varied role:
- HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline (or demonstrable hands-on experience in a previous role)
- Technical awareness, with a keen interest in fault finding
- Used to engaging with a variety of stakeholders daily
- Comfortable with office software and IT applications
- Flexible approach to work and used to prioritising a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence
