Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making sure the store operates smoothly at all times including ensuring full availability of stock, appropriate staff cover, store is clean and presented beautifully inside and out, quality checks are carried out, all maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly.
  • Responsible for generating maximum sales and minimizing wastage.
  • Responsible for delivery of sales, gross margin and labour % targets.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team is delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Responsible for ensuring Shift Managers hand over shifts completely and correctly to next Shift Manager.
  • Responsible for making sure POS and labels are complete and in the correct place.
  • Responsible for training, developing and managing the team.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the store is compliant with all relevant Health and Safety regulations and Company policy to include Food Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety, COSHH, HACCP, Manual handling.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all areas of the business are clean, safe, organised, and compliant with current legislation and relevant company policy.
