Kitchen Supervisor – Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, 32 hours per week. Salary: £27,289 per annum (£16.40 per hour). The role is based in London – Tottenham Court Rd area. Fooditude is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Kitchen Supervisor to run the breakfast and lunch service for our workplace restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Run breakfast and lunch service for the workplace restaurant
- Prepare basic food items and maintain a daily changing menu featuring a range of global cuisines
- Maintain high kitchen standards, knife skills, and attention to detail
- Lead the kitchen service and team, ensuring smooth operations and good customer service
- Take part in the food waste project to create a meaningful impact
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to provide excellent service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, ideally within a high‑volume environment
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices
- Basic cooking and knife skills
