We are seeking a highly experienced individual who has extensive knowledge in customer service and can provide our 5‐Star front of house service delivery whilst maintaining a subtle, yet visible security presence. The role operates on a full‐time contract, working 12‐hour shifts on a 6 on, 3 off (Nights only) schedule, or a 3‐day 3‐night 3‐off split shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be seen as a visible customer‐focused professional by being proactive and greeting clients and visitors where possible.
  • Anticipate any action client requirements in a professional manner.
  • Provide a consistently professional service at all times.
  • Issue visitor passes using the BluePoint Visitor Management System as per sign‐in and out policies and procedures.
  • Provide a high level of concierge services and have a wide knowledge of the local and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure all fire exits are kept clear and health & safety issues are reported.
  • Ensure all landlord contractors access is pre‐authorised on the Vicinitee Permit System in accordance with risk assessment/permit‐to‐work conditions.
  • Carry out internal and external patrols where required.
  • Provide administrative support / incident report writing.
  • Create a safe environment for all customers, guests and visitors.
  • Always maintain a high‐security awareness.
  • Interact with CCTV where required.
  • First‐aid training required.

  • Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self‐motivated team player.
  • Holds a true passion for high standards of customer and service delivery.
  • Keen interest and high level of systems/technology and computer skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Immaculate presentation.

  • Ability to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as required.

  • Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service oriented with a very keen eye for detail.
