About the Role
Perform fault diagnosis and repair of domestic white goods (washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, electric ovens) directly in customers' homes across North London and surrounding areas. Use intuitive field service software to manage job information, order parts, and maintain high standards of professionalism, reliability and safety.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair at least four core domestic appliance types.
- Use field service software to schedule work, order parts and access job information.
- Maintain professional standards, reliability, and safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of field‑based white goods repair experience.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair for at least four of the major appliances listed.
- Full UK manual driving licence (≤ 6 points).
