Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce a high quality of food in line with olimera menus in an efficient manner
- Meet all regulations and standards, follow Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
- Maintain clean and tidy work environment
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Ensure kitchen is prepared for peak times
