Full‑time, nights shift

The Logistics Administrator (Nights) supports the automotive shipments team across the UK and Europe, ensuring a high level of service delivery, operational accuracy and clear communication with customers, suppliers and subcontracted carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of automotive shipments from order receipt to completion and invoicing.
  • Ensure all operational processes are followed in line with customer SLAs and internal procedures.
  • Proactively monitor transport movements and manage shipment deviations.
  • Coordinate vehicle movements with subcontractors and maintain accurate system records.
  • Provide clear and timely operational updates to customers and suppliers.
  • Escalate operational issues to the Senior Logistics Specialist when required.

  • Proven experience in an administrative, customer‑focused or office‑based role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time.
  • Clear, confident communicator who builds strong relationships with ease.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and is a proactive, solutions‑driven problem solver.
