Responsibilities

  • To clean and dry all production areas and machinery to an approved quality standard.
  • Maintain a supply of cleaning materials and order as necessary.
  • Adhere to safe working practices in accordance with legislation and company rules and regulations.
  • Work in a manner that prevents or minimizes the risk of accidents to yourself or others.
  • Adhere to current legislation with regards to safe food production.
  • Comply with managers/supervisors' instructions in a timely manner.
  • Comply with prevention of needless waste and be able to complete tasks around the production machinery.
  • Demonstrate awareness of food safety culture.
  • Willingness, if needed, to help other members of the cleaning team carry out duties.

Essential Qualities
