Location: Lancing BN15, England, United Kingdom.

Position: Client Success – MMCP onboarding and ongoing account management. The successful candidate will support Sales and BD teams in onboarding new customers to the MMCP app, liaise with external audit providers and customers to ensure onboarding standards compliance, manage client relationships after onboarding, respond to queries, and drive resolution of issues. You will contribute to future improvements and efficiencies across the service offering, including app and customer experience improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide system and site setup to MMCP clients
  • Onboard and support clients
  • Deal with enquiries, delivering positive outcomes for the client
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Triage tasks professionally, delivering high levels of customer service
  • Collaborate with other clients to support Client Success and Account Management teams
  • Manage internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed SLAs
  • Complete all administration duties relating to site setup and compliance
