What You’ll Do:
- Drive proactive outbound prospecting across HR, Talent, Leadership, and ED&I markets.
- Build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline from scratch.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow‑up and close.
- Win individual seats, group bookings and corporate cohorts.
- Host online programme overviews and taster sessions.
- Achieve weekly seat targets (discussed at interview).
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (L&D, HR tech, SaaS or professional services ideal).
- Strong track record of hunting and winning new business.
- Confident selling to HR Directors, Talent Leads and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily and generating pipeline independently.
- Skilled at running compelling virtual demos and programme overviews.
- Commercially sharp, proactive and persistent.
- Ambitious, confident and motivated by high earnings.
What You’ll Earn:
- Base salary: £50,000 per annum.
- OTE: £100,000+ (uncapped).
- Commission: Paid per seat sold on each programme, with weekly targets.
