Responsibilities
- Run Security Awareness Training, including Phishing simulation campaigns and Cyber Security training programmes.
- Set up services for new customers and review results to improve resilience to social engineering attacks.
- Provide insightful summaries of Phishing and Training performance, highlighting trends and recommending service improvements.
- Develop relationships with customers and provide an exceptional level of service.
- Onboarding: Manage new customer onboarding to Security Awareness Training (Human Risk Management).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Service Delivery Management: Support and guide customers to improve security awareness and reduce breach likelihood.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for service‑related issues, working with internal teams to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on service delivery, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track service performance metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present high‑quality service reports to customers, adding valuable insights to improve security protection.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service delivery activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions.
Qualifications
- Background in Security Awareness Training, E‑Mail Security, Phishing, Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security Service Management or Customer Success roles.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality service to customers; willing to go above and beyond.
- Ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships internally and externally.
- Impeccable organisational and task‑management skills; able to handle pressurised situations and deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a customer‑facing security operational support role providing service reporting, reviews, and service improvement.
- Experience in Security Services such as Security Awareness Phishing Simulation, Training, E‑Mail Security, or IT Training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Creative problem‑solving skills; identify issues and implement creative solutions efficiently.
- Organisational skills for managing service delivery effectively and coordinating tasks.
- CRM skills; experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions.
- Attention to detail: critical for accurate service delivery, documentation, and SLA adherence.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Collaborative attitude, working effectively as part of a team to achieve service excellence.
- Desire to learn and develop skills relevant to the role.
Other Skills / Qualifications (Desirable)
- Experience working in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
- Experience with Security Awareness Training/Human Risk Management (Know Be 4/KB4).
- Relevant Cyber Security certifications (e.g. Comp TIA, NIST, ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR).
