We're looking for a highly organised HR Administrator to join our friendly People Team at Silver X Group. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to play a key role in delivering a great employee experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing onboarding, weekly inductions and new starter setup
- Updating employee records in Cezanne and maintaining compliance checks
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Supporting HR queries and helping with wellbeing & engagement activities
- Assisting with ER admin, notetaking and maintaining case files
- Providing accurate data to payroll and keeping HR trackers up to date
What we're looking for:
- Experience in HR admin, Employee relations case work and people support
- Confident using HR systems (Cezanne is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is ideal but not essential
- Friendly, supportive team
- Exposure to all areas of HR
