What You'll Be Doing: As part of our Sales Administration team, you’ll help keep our sales operation running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the client journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Processing and confirming new customer orders
- Raising and monitoring tickets for the sales team
- Logging and tracking customer fault tickets alongside the Service Desk
- Managing departmental inboxes and allocating tasks efficiently
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, documentation and customer databases
- Supporting reporting requirements and monitoring deal progression
- Updating quotations and reissuing customer paperwork
- Scheduling meetings and managing room bookings
- Raising purchase orders and completing associated administration
- Supporting customer onboarding and handovers to Account Management
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
