Location: Hybrid / Horsham, West Sussex
Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop the existing customer base through daily account calls and on-site health checks.
- Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms via multi-service discount proposal.
- Retain customers by building strong relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for account queries with support from teams.
- Update customer and service information in the in-house CRM system to determine and track future opportunities.
- Track opportunities/pipeline development and keep customers up to date with installations/projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecommunication/IT solution sales.
- Experience managing and retaining accounts while increasing profitability through cross-selling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- High energy, proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Target-driven with proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Comfortable with telephone and face-to-face interaction with clients.
