Employer: Occupop (Client – Bitrecruit)

Location: Hybrid – Horsham/Remote

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract signature.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new name opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns, events and lead follow‑up.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and position CTS solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing and recommendations.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers (Heads, Bursars, Trust leaders, CIOs).
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market feedback and proposition development.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B sales or business development (IT services preferred).
  • Strong prospecting and relationship‑building capability.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient and outcome‑focused.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience selling into schools, MATs or the public sector.
  • Knowledge of managed IT services, cyber security or cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
