The Role
You will bridge the gap between world-class customer support and savvy sales. Working closely with our seasoned Account Managers, you will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring our customers always have the right technology solutions at the right time. Key Responsibilities

- Be the Go-To Contact: Manage a portfolio of customers, handling both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound check‑ins.

- Drive the Pipeline: Accurately quote, close opportunities, and feed larger, complex leads to the senior Account Management team.
