Responsibilities

  • Work with account managers to ensure all quotes are raised and orders placed.
  • Help deliver solutions provided to customers to ensure value gained and risk reduction.
  • Help maintain customer service and satisfaction in the form of service reviews meetings.
  • Help support account managers with account strategies to improve customer relationships.
  • Manage any necessary administrative work for account managers.
  • Help facilitate the transition from the sales process to the customer success teams within Saepio's services and vendor partnerships.
  • Help manage contract renewals and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Build relationships within partner community.
  • Work close with account managers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Managing deal registrations and writing business justifications.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exerts attention to detail.
  • Passion to learn, collaborate with colleagues and embrace the family culture.
  • High motivation and ambition to build a fulfilling career.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results.
  • Must possess good organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
