The Role Involves delivery of doors from our base in Derby to various locations within England, mainly to the London/Greater London area. Occasionally, you may need to travel to our Head Office in the West of Ireland for holiday cover.
Responsibilities
- Use Moffett-Mounty and electric forklift to unload pallets of doors – training will be provided if needed.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and adhere to Health and Safety procedures/legislation.
- Act as the face of our company; maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, politeness, courtesy and command of the English language.
- Ensure punctuality, tidiness and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Support team operations and remain flexible.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a driver.
- Construction industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
