Role Type: Full‑time

Hours: 40 hours per week (plus non‑guaranteed overtime where required)

Role Accountabilities:

  • Collect hazardous & non‑hazardous waste in a Class 1 curtain‑sided vehicle.
  • Daily duties will involve some heavy lifting, including lifting of drums (up to 25 kg).
  • Nights out in a sleeper cab when required.
  • Monday‑Friday working days.

The Candidate:

  • HGV Class 1 Driver.
  • ADR licence (required).
  • Previous relevant driving experience preferred.
  • Possession of a Digi‑card.
  • Demonstrates good driving skills.
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
  • High level of written and mathematical skills, as there will be paperwork involved.
  • A flexible approach to the role.
  • Works well in a team or on their own.
  • Full clean Driving Licence.
