Key Responsibilities

  • Register with and maintain compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the branch
  • Drive service growth while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Recruit, develop, and support a high‑performing care team
  • Listen to feedback from staff and clients and implement improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and uphold the highest standards of care delivery

Role Requirements

  • Experience working within a care setting
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership
  • Domiciliary care management experience (desirable)
