Key Responsibilities
- Register with and maintain compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the branch
- Drive service growth while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Recruit, develop, and support a high‑performing care team
- Listen to feedback from staff and clients and implement improvements
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
- Monitor performance and uphold the highest standards of care delivery
Role Requirements
- Experience working within a care setting
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership
- Domiciliary care management experience (desirable)
