Responsibilities

  • Collect stock and equipment for clinics
  • Set up and prepare examination rooms for clinicians
  • Act as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures
  • Support clinic administration; ensure reports are completed accurately and outcomes recorded
  • Assist with wider administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • IT literate and confident using computer systems
  • A strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care
  • Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a mobile role
  • Previous administration experience desirable but not essential

Training & Compliance

Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive two‑week training programme from day one, equipping them with all the skills and knowledge required for the Healthcare Assistant role. All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the appropriate level and verification of right‑to‑work documentation.
