The role is responsible for building a sustainable, value‑accretive pipeline of products and partnerships that support our long‑term ambitions. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Team, you will lead in‑licensing, out‑licensing and CMO/CDMO opportunities, with a strong focus on expanding our sterile injectable portfolio and international footprint. Responsibilities Lead and execute TP's business development strategy, aligned with corporate growth objectives and portfolio priorities. Identify, evaluate, structure and negotiate in‑licensing and out‑licensing agreements for pharmaceutical products and technologies across the UK and international markets. Develop and secure contract manufacturing and technology transfer partnerships, maximising utilisation of TP's manufacturing capabilities. Build and manage a robust pipeline of new sterile injectable products for in‑house development, ensuring long‑term, sustainable portfolio growth. Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory, quality, financial and risk requirements. Conduct detailed market assessments, competitiveness analysis and commercial evaluation to support investment decisions and Executive approvals. Prepare high‑quality business cases and recommendations for Executive team review. Represent TP at key global industry forums (e.g. CPhI, DCAT, EuroPLX, Pharma Synergy), building strong strategic relationships with partners, licensors and customers. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Regulatory, Technical, Quality, Finance and Operations teams to support due diligence and execution of deals.
