We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Association Events Administrator to join our team, supporting the delivery of exciting events for the Farm Retail Association and the British Christmas Tree Growers Association. From conferences and road trips to training days, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing events to life, working behind the scenes and on the ground to make them a success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
  • Assisting with venues, suppliers, travel, and logistics
  • Preparing event materials, delegate lists, and communications
  • Acting as a key point of support for attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Helping manage budgets, invoices, and event records
  • Getting stuck in on event days, from setup to delivery and breakdown
