Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- First Aid Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding).
