Responsibilities:
- Lead daily housekeeping operations across guest suites, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard prior to guest arrival.
- Conduct regular room inspections and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Manage in‑house laundry operation and linen stock levels.
- Create staff rotas and ensure effective team coverage.
- Train, support, and develop the housekeeping team.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning products, linen, and guest amenities.
- Work closely with the House Manager to ensure seamless room readiness and guest arrivals.
- Ensure full compliance with COSHH, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
